LIMITED 30-DAY WARRANTY
We guarantee to the original buyer that this product is free from manufacturing errors, whether in materials or workmanship, for a period of 30 days from the date you bought it. Any claims need to be made within these 30 days. You'll need to provide a dated sales or gift receipt as proof of purchase—we can't make any exceptions to this rule. Whether an issue is due to a defect in material or workmanship will be determined by us, at Michael Worldwide LLC.
During this 30-day warranty period, you can reach out to Michael Worldwide LLC directly at inquiries@boxbugz.com. Our solution to any problem covered by this warranty will be either to replace the faulty part or to provide a replacement product of the same or similar value—this decision will be made by us.
The warranty won't apply if the product has been mishandled, damaged, or used improperly, or if the issues stem from causes other than material or workmanship defects. Michael Worldwide LLC won't be liable for any subsequent damages arising from the use of this product.
This is a limited warranty, and it gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which can vary from state to state. Some states don't allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion might not apply to you.
